Together, we dig deep for 60-90 minutes and move through the shadows to help you illuminate your light. I use all the tools in my basket to help you through—multidimensional healing.

Do you need more dedicated time to get unstuck? During our three months together, you will receive weekly coaching, energy healing, and clearing of stuck energies. You will also receive a personalized nutrition plan and light body movement to help integrate all the work you’re doing to heal.
