I want to get to know you. I want you to know me. Deeply. This space will take you on a journey of MY inner workings. My thinks and thoughts. Ramblings and rants. These are pieces of my life that I hope some of you may be able to relate to. I only wish to share my story for one simple reason. Connection. Connections to other like-minded souls willing to be open and take an exciting adventure to their inner depths.

I’m silly, wise, goofy, upbeat, love to laugh, and seriously deep. My name is Ifoma Genevieve, but everyone calls me Ify (ee-fee). I’m half Nigerian and a mother from Vermont. I grew up in New Hampshire in the 80s. I love karaoke and staying up all night immersed in mind-blowing stimulation. I love pondering and making the world a better place by sharing a simple smile or warm gesture. This world runs and thrives with LOVE, which is what I am all about. I live in the light, but I honor the shadow within myself. It’s in pain that we are able to find our deepest yearnings and inner strength.
